Tackle a real-world challenge of Mercedes-Benz

In this case workshop, you will work alongside Senior Consultants and Project Managers from Mercedes‑Benz Management Consulting on a real business challenge facing Mercedes‑Benz AG.

In small teams, you will develop innovative solutions and present your results in a top‑management‑ready presentation. You will gain exclusive insights into MBMC’s way of working, learn structured problem solving and compelling storytelling, and build valuable connections.

The workshop concludes with networking and a relaxed pizza get‑together.

This event is designed for students who want to sharpen their case interview skills while experiencing what consulting at MBMC is really like. Through interactive case training in small groups, you will work on real‑world business challenges, learn structured problem solving, and gain first‑hand insights into MBMC’s projects and way of working.

You will also have the opportunity to engage directly with experienced consultants and project managers and build valuable connections. The experience is rounded off with an exclusive car drive through Munich in popular Mercedes‑Benz models.

At Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting, we believe that fostering talent begins with supporting the next generation of university graduates. That’s why we regularly cooperate with universities or student consultancys. During one of our strategy workshops at the University of Mannheim, students collaborated in groups of four on real case examples and came up with a battery strategy for Mercedes-Benz. After a successful workshop and valuable networking, we wrapped up the day with tapas and wine.
